Translated Version
What is it?
This alternative format provides a machine-translated version of the original content into a total of 50 different languages. PDF, Word, PowerPoint and HTML documents are supported.
Important Information
If a file is too large, the translation might not work. Another reason it might not work is that an instructor can turn off Ally for courses that require translation from the students.
Audio
What is it?
The audio alternative reads aloud the text in the original content. This also includes alternative descriptions for images, if they are provided. It downloads as an .mp3 file.
Important Information
Audio formats fail, if the original document contains more than 100,000 characters.
